Dude, you are literally the only person fighting 25 year old battles here. What is with you?
1. The V-Chip law is still in effect.

2. There’s no statute of limitations on talking about a law, even if that law gets repealed. Discussing laws has intellectual value. Also, wouldn’t you like if people were still talking about the PATRIOT Act?
