Imagine the USA had a parliamentary system and Congress is obliged to elect Charlie Baker prime minister. To do so, he, Ted Cruz, Gary Johnson and Jill Stein have to build a government as every other combination is arithmetically or politically impossible and snap elections would lead to an increase of votes for the already strong Constitution Party.
What would a government program between the Union Republicans, the Confederate Republicans, the Libertarians and the Greens look like?
Keep in mind that the party members of each of the four parties have to approve the coalition agreement, plus Baker needs the votes of the congressmen.

Why the "Confederate Republicans"?

I wanted to discriminate between liberal Northern and conservative Southern Republicans to make the comparison more accurate.

Cruz's People's Party (Confederate Republicans sounds really really awful) are economically and socially conservative, while the Greens are center-left economically and socially liberal.

Okay, then I'm gonna stick with Northern and Southern Republicans. Smiley
