Greedo, go to spelling class instead of posting here. Enough said.
I fixed the typo.

I mean if the choice were between a liberal who had done these things and a candidate who did not share their values I would not expect voters in, say, California to pick the Republican because it was 'the right thing to do' and then feign moral outrage and lambaste the citizens of that state for voting for their beliefs in a pragmatic fashion.

Now I personally hope this does not happen, but the attacks against the voters of Alabama by partisan hacks itt are the epitome of disingenuous. If Bob Menendez had been convicted no one here wanted him expelled immediately, and why should you have? Your party could've saved a seat by stalling for a few months, a seat critical to legislative successes in the coming year or so.

While I don't think corruption is on the same level as pedophilia, I also don't think a conviction for a crime is on the same level as being accused of a crime.

Basically stop calling people denigrating names for voting based on their beliefs and refusing to vote for someone who does not share those beliefs.

The names people call Alabama Republicans on this forum are much nicer than the things said about liberals every day on Fox News.
Really what does Fox News call liberals?

You and others have called me a rapist a predator a right wing crazy and others.

There's an argument to be made that anyone who defends Roy Moore is a predator.
Once again how am I a predator?

Despite the lack of polling their is definitely a feel this has swung back to Moore.
I feel the same way.

"There's nothing wrong with voting for a pedophile!!!"

We have reached peak Republican.

"You're an elitist and worse than pedophiles if you bash people that vote for pedophiles!" - Multiple Atlas users have said unironically.

Oh, and calling those said people "predators" or "right-wing crazies" is worse than anything Fox News has done or said or labelled people as.
When did Fox News ever label people the way you claim?

Does Trump's base actually like Ivanka or care what she thinks? Serious question.
Nice sig.

Listen I am starting to think that Moore is recovering and will win 2-5 point victory.
I also think the stuff about him is fake news because the yearbook person says she started working st the restaurant when she was 15 but other coworkers say that’s not true because you have to be 16 and she said the trash cans were on the back of the building they were on the side. She said that it would close at 10PM coworkers said that it was 12AM.

The real problem for EnglishPedo and Greedo is that all the accusers are women, so everyone know how worthless their testimonies are. They just can’t help but lie; it’s the fundamental nature of women - I mean, just look at Eve or Hillary Clinton.
You know what that is a really disgusting thing to say. But seriously of course Hillary is a liar but that doesn’t mean all of Bill Clinton’s accusesers when fake.same with Harvey Weinstein and Al Franken.

Funny how you say "doesn't mean all of Bill Clinton's accusers were fake" along with Franken's and Weinstein's but you dismiss all these women who have accused the Donald and Roy Moore. MUH LIBTARD CONSPIRACY
Those women saying trump sexually harassed them are complete liars I always thought that and I hated trump till the day he won.
The reason I don’t believe those woman is because they were not trumps type all of the women trump dated/married were tall super models who were usually born in Eastern Europe. None of those woman were like that and if it’s true that trump reached up her skirt on the plane then didn’t she scream and report the police right away?

Honestly, what did you expect? You think people aren't going to get riled up over some of the things you say? How about this:

Quote
You must be logged in to read this quote.

It's hard to believe someone could actually say this with a straight face. You think men who sexually assault women only assault ones that are "their type"? Seriously? Where did you figure that out.
Well think about how he treated Heidi Cruz he says she was ugly he wouldn’t be interested in her.
Trump has a type of woman all 3 of his wives over years fit that plus the models and other women he dated fit that description.
NONE of those woman fit at all.

I keep thinking about this race, and everytime I think about which candidate is more likely to have engaged in intercourse outside of a proper God-witnessed marriage, all evidence points to Doug Jones. That's going to carry Chaste Roy over the top in all likelihood.
This is hilarious. I'd be willing to bet that 99% of men have had pre-marital sex, and some who went after teenage girls in his 30's almost certainly didn't wait until marriage to have sex.
Him dating 19 yearolds is not him dating teenagers.

Greedo's just an R hack people. Leave him alone.
I’m definitely not a republican hack.
I’m actually thinking about primarying a local person in Washington in 2020 for being a rino liar.
Also in 2020 I’m supporting a primary challenger to Jamie Herrera butler or I’m voting for the democrat.

So now Doug Jones is proved to be a double standard hypocrite when he is making capitalist money from representing the University of Alabama in denigrating a teenager as a money grubber for complaining about University of Alabama football players abusing her sexually.

http://www.al.com/news/index.ssf/2017/11/accuser_in_uab_sex_abuse_case.html

The source Alabama online.   I know money uber alles.

Then Roy Moore wants to put the army on the border.

You cannot make this stuff up.

This election and the Presidential race last year make me want to tear my hair out.

Can you not understand why people tend to vote tribally.

Doug jones should drop ou oh wait he is a democrat so we have a double standard.
In all seriousness this is going to hurt him but he shouldn’t drop out.

I don't believe a woman accusing Moore of sexual assault because this other random woman mentioned the placement of a door on the side, rather than the back, of a building.

Yeah. Sure. Very Convincing.

Let’s not forget that Moore’s initial defense was that there was no restaurant at all.
The dude is 70 years old. Again this is reminding me of the John Lasseter story that came out.

Listen I get why people don’t like Moore but all of you always hated him. I have supported from the day the run off primary to now. I do not agree with everything he says but I support him because he will vote how I would vote.
The scandals made you hate him Moore get it Moore.

No, lots of us hated Moore long before this ever came out.  He's been thrown off the bench TWICE for violating valid court orders.  This is a blatant disregard for the rule of law.  He's stated that a Muslim should not be allowed to sit in Congress.  This is a blatant disregard of the Constitution's provision that "no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States."

Greedo, I want you to answer the following three questions publicly in this thread.  They all have simple yes/no answers.

1. Do you believe in the rule of law?

2. Do you support the Constitution of the United States?

3. Do you believe that both of the above are more important than any partisan position?

If the answer to all of the above is Yes, then I urge you to reconsider your support of Moore in that light.
He had every right for both of those,
First of all if you’re offended by the Ten Commandments then you have serious issues considering almost every country follows what it says. The gay marriage licenses should not have been issued since Alabama voted to ban gay marriage.and yes the Ten Commandments is not unconstitutional since the Ten Commandments from the 1600s to 1980s were in every class room and the founding fathers who were all reportly deists allowed it in schools.

It's kind of amazing when you take a step back and realize what this discussion even is. Serial kid molester, should he step down, is it the kids' fault, can he win? It's pretty f**king bananas we're even asking any of those questions.

No, no. The REAL problem is Atlas Forum posters pointing out how deplorable Alabama voters are.

Shoot Icespear---- I recall way back on Atlas during the '08 where various Democratic avatars talked about how deplorable and racist West Virginia voters were because they voted overwhelmingly for HRC during the '08 Primaries.

There were similar discussions in 2012 regarding the '12 GE results from WV, and once again the usual suspects are popping off about how racist and deplorable WV voters are.

Fast forward to 2016, and we have another crop of posters talking about how racist, misogynistic and redneck WV is for voting for a Jewish Socialist from VT rather than a Female Presidential Candidate!!!

Throughout all of these discussions on Atlas, I believe that I have actively attempted to challenge the stereotypes regarding West Virginia, and will continue to do the same for Alabama, regardless of the outcome of the 12/12/17 US-SEN special election.

Atlas per se doesn't amount to a hill of beans in the overall context of American Politics, but still when we see all of the crap posted regarding Alabama from 'Dem and 'Pub posters alike, in what has essentially become a nationalized election, we still need to remain vigilant and call out the stereotypes regardless of from what direction it comes from.

Sounds to me like Gustaf and Greedo are both "On-Tilt" when it comes to the 'Bama Sen election, not to mention others that rely more upon stereotypes regarding Alabama, for whatever perceived partisan political gain.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tilt_(poker)
Being totally honest it’s pretty racist of icespear to say all West Virginians or Alabamans are racist.

How exactly did you get "white Christian conservatives" from "racists"? Guilty conscience?
Again this is why you’re a social justice warrior you actually think Alabama and West Virginia is all racist white Christians, yet you fail to mention how West Virginia just 20 years ago was one of the most democrat states in the whole country.

I mean, obviously there's a lot of overlap in those two groups. But no, not every white Christian conservative is a racist.

And that was before a black guy was president. Once he was re-elected that was the last straw for Racist WV Hicks, who now see the entire Democratic Party as an anti-white hate group. That's why their 2016 gubernatorial election was between two Republicans and why Manchin is going to get Blanched.
So did you just admit the democrat party is racist? Or did you admit thanks to obama you lost coal mining vote for ever?

By the way there are millions of Kerry-obama-obama-trump voters.

Also no whites are not racist but I’m telling you this right now the two most racist people in America are David Duke and Colin kaepernick. They both hate America and what America stands for.

Okay so to me at least Alabama is 5 points more republican then Louisiana which means if a 2015 redux happened in Alabama then it would be a 50-50 race.

More people are employed by Arby's in America than the entire coal industry, so I don't know what makes losing their votes such a big deal.
Well by losing the coal mining vote it makes it way harder for Virginia to go solid democrat.
It makes West Virginia gone for ever.
It makes Ohio go from a toss up swing state to a leaning republican battleground.
It makes Pennsylvania go from lean democrat to pure toss up
It also turned Kentucky possibly permanently republican
So tell me does that sound worth it to you?
