Alvaro Colom's been accused of arranging a murder -- not sure how credible it is but the fact that he apparently has "immunity from prosecution" isn't good. So, Colom.

I think we're running out of real bad guys and dictators in this group, though.

his predecessor was Mugabe's strongest critic in africa unfortunately he died of a stroke. im unsure on Bandas position on Zimbabwe, though his opponent in the recent election was a strong supporter of Mugabe.

Hmm, I'd read he was sent by his predecessor to reconcile with Mugabe, but reading more closely it's probably no more than standard diplomacy -- guy has a long record with the UN. So I'll change my vote for now.
