They why did the Kenyan Muslim win their electoral votes twice?

Playing devil's advocate here, but midterm electorates are different than Presidential electorates. It's pretty well established that lots of Obama voters didn't show up for midterms when he was in office, while the type of voter that was deterred by "Kenyan Muslim death panel Ebola" showed up everywhere in 2010/2014.
