Assume there is an open primary in both parties. Whether you say they would or would not win, give a brief explanation of your answer.

For independents and 3rd partiers, let's assume you're in the major party to which your ideology is closest.

No offense, but no. I don't think so. Applies equally to either party. Too fiscally conservative to win the D primary and to socially liberal to win the R primary.

Basically the same to you, though you might have a slight chance on the Democratic side, but it's not likely.
