The administration of Hayes is illegitimate and should not have happened.

By that same logic, Al Franken should NOT be class 2 senator of MN, and Norm Coleman should still be in senate.

However, I don't believe Dino Rossi should've been Governor.

Complain about my contradiction if you must.

Arizona flips before Nevada in the senate race to me. Sinema has much more advantages than Rosen does, plus there is the potential that the DSCC does what they did with Feingold in Nevada.
