Income Tax
7% is added on after your first $300,000 (21%)

Why would you want the top tax rate to be only 21%?  Do you realize that is a reduction from the current already destructively low level?

Better plan:

86% Income and capital gains tax above $10,000,000
75% Income and capital gains tax above $1,000,000
30% Income and capital gains tax above $50,000
9% Income and capital gains tax from poverty line to $50,000


...not really. It's a joke people. I'm not opebo.

Actually that's a very reasonable plan.
