I think it was appealing to Democrats that cost it for him.  He tried to get some extra votes, but it really pissed off Republicans.  I talked to a bunch of people who were undecided yesterday who said that the robo call was what made them decide to vote for Romney.

So, I think Santorum would've won if he wouldn't have done that.  Dang it, Rick, you cost me a point on my prediction!  Whoever thought that was a good idea must feel lousy now.

He should have let the Democratic PACs do it for him.

Heck, he could've called Mark Brewer and told him to do it... I don't care.  Just don't do it publicly.  I don't know what's worse, this dumb move or Romney's Ford Field stupidity.  Both our frontrunners have absolutely terrible campaign strategies... We're gonna get slaughtered in November.
