Pursuant to The Mideast Third Constitution, Article II, Section 2, Clause 2, this body will now hold a confirmation hearing for TJ in Cleve, who has been nominated by Governor Tmthforu94 to fill the position of Superior Court Judge.

The nominee will have 24 hours to make an opening statment, after which time a period of questions shall commence.

With no questions having been presented in 24 hours, this is now brought to a vote.

The vote is to confirm TFJ in Cleve for Superior Court Judge.  Members will vote AYE, NAY, or ABSTAIN.  This will be a 48-hour vote.

Voting is now closed.  The AYEs are 4, and the NAYs are 0, with 1 not voting.  The AYEs have it, and TJ in Cleve is confirmed.
