While we are on the topic, I have to ask: why do so many people hate the Speaker of the House, no matter who it is?

It seems strange that they will always be wildly unpopular, and even within their own party they can be below water.

Wow, that was some master playing by Pelosi. Not only did she just secure her speakership position, she also just secured the loyalty of the Progressives, and threw the Moderate Dems that opposed her, such as Seth Moulton and Tim Ryan, to the curb.

Impressive.

She did that in the best way too. I am enjoying Seth Moulton/Tim Ryan getting dunked on myself.

I actually think we should primary Seth Moulton, and maybe Tim Ryan (more apprehensive on that because Ryan’s district is trending Republican very fast)

Moulton seems to be a Trump-level idiot.

The most hilarious part is that this isn't even remotely true. Democrats were at 202 seats when she started, and will probably end up at 233 (I think Cisneros and Brindisi will win, not sure about McAdams).

The Red Roses are very angry on Twitter.

Besides his support for charter schools, why are they so angry with him?

Barbara Lee is pretty popular on Rose Twitter for being strongly anti-war.

I stand by that Bustos should not be dccc chair as she in a fast trending Trump district

The only top position that anybody cares about is Speaker. No other position really drags down your favorable because they're too obscure.
