Force Dems to changs EC strategy and force Harris to pick Sherrod Brown as a Veep candidate instead of someone from another state.

It will be Kamala-Brown v Trump-Pence

The last Govs Mc Auliff and his Lt Gov Northam werent ideal Gov, they were part of establishment.

Tom Perriello hopefully brings fresh hope in 2021 or the new Dem nominee, so this state remains blue
