Again, its hypocrisy on the part of Rs to demand this in an election yr, when McConnell said leadership positions should not be filled during an election yr. These are agencies which will expire at the end of 4 yr Trump. The SCOTUS nomination was very valuable to try this, and the Dems should of blocked Senate if they didnt get a recess appointment , but they didnt think Kennedy was gonna retire until after 2020
