Battle Hymn is an incredible piece of music.

Also, across the pond, we already called shotgun on the tune to My Country Tis of Thee.

And the star spangled banner tune too. It was a tavern drinking song called halls of Arcadia or something like that.
No, it was called "To Anacreon in Heaven". It was a song that was sung by drunk English people in pubs in the 1700s.

Of course, America is problem the only country in the world that has the national anthem originate from a song in another country. Much less a DRINKING song.
