X Verily on all so far.

Snowmobile Act

I would like to clarify the Snowmobiles Act; I am generally supportive of the use of snowmobiles to enjoy the outdoors. However, our state parks are designed specifically to preserve the natural beauty of the region, which is often at odds with snowmobiles whose primary offense is noise pollution. However, in state forests, state recreational areas and other areas set aside for public enjoyment or natural maintenance, snowmobiles would still be allowed as noise pollution becomes less of a concern where the primary goal of the protected area is human enjoyment rather than natural preservation.

I would also like to thank Mr. Moderate for his impassioned argument in favor of the PSVA. I agree wholeheartedly with what he has to say.

Election Day Act

1.   All Election Days in the Northeast shall be designated as official government holidays.
2.   No employer may fire or otherwise carry out any reprisal against any employee who chooses not to work on an Election Day in the Northeast.
3.   The above shall not apply to Regional or other government employees essential for the running of elections or for other functions as deemed necessary for the day-to-day maintenance of government.

Ohez Noez! Nobody is gonna work on election day. How the hell do you expect me to get my quiznos while I'm working the campaigns? Get it the night before? That's crazy talk sir, crazy talk.

Surely some people will still want to work for the income, much as on other holidays.
