Fremont Nicotine Tax

Section 1 (Title)

i. The title of this Act shall be, the "Fremont Nicotine Tax."

Section 2 (What classifies as an item with Nicotine)

i. Vapes, Cigarettes, Chewing Tobacco, and Roll Your Owns

Section 3  (Taxes)

i. There will be a 90% tax on all of the products covered in Section 2.


Section 4 (When will the Tax be Applied)

i. This bill will take effect on August 1st, 2020 if passed.
