It's pretty obvious that the opposition candidates have received 50%+, but the government will fix it so that Kabila's successor will somehow be announced the "winner" tomorrow with 50.9% or something ...
I wonder if this whole thing lasts longer than the rigged Honduras election. It took a whole month to get a .05% difference by ballot-stuffing.
