Written by Gary North.  This is a man who believes that the state should execute witches, women who have abortions and homosexual men.  North, and his mentor Rousas Rushdoony, also have argued that the executions should be carried out under the supervision of the county sheriff and by means of stoning, so the entire community can participate.  (And because stones are cheap and readily available.)  Rushdoony, however, is more moderate.  He recommended that children not be permitted to participate in the stoning.  Rather, they should be encouraged to watch, so they learn that sin has consequences.

Yet Gary North is a guiding light for many modern Evangelicals. 

You can point out that his article had nothing to do with abortion or gays, and you're right.  But at some point, don't you simply disregard everything an insane lunatic says?  Hell, if Louis Farrakhan tells me the time of day, I'm probably not going to pay attention.  A nut is a nut.  And Gary North is the nuttiest of the nutty.
