Census Bureau Home Page

If you click on American FactFinder, Data Sets, Decennial Census, a couple of the radio buttons down the side are for the 110th Congress and State Legislative districts.  Select one, and then you have various options for tabular data, reference maps, or thematic maps.  On the reference maps you have to select the per-2010 boundaries.

For Maps, click on Geography, Maps:

Census Maps

Then Click on Boundary Files

Boundary Files

Then Download Boundary Files
