Thought so. Tongue But I'm still going to vote the worse rulers off first!

I went for him because he makes a much more interesting target thatn yet another cookie cutter boring dictator. Although there are some pretty bad ones here that have managed to slip under the radar. Hun Sen for example, I don't think he's got even a single vote so far...

I don't always agree with your choices, but it seems you're a pretty astute picker in being able to spot characteristics of different leaders.

He's no dictator...

His country is crap. Honestly, there are a lot of corrupt, terrible leaders, even if they were elected.
