Boston Police officially IDed the suspect as the 19 year old guy Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. A 19 year old is a murderer and terrorist. This world really does suck dick. Jesus Christ.

CNN reporting definite smell of smoke in Watertown, police officers and cars rushing into an area past one of the anchors. Helicopter zoomed over.

Eh, I think the internet community is more to blame for the Tripathi thing blowing up, honestly.

Probably (wasn't awake for that part of the saga), but the traditional media has latched on to basically any nuggets of information as 'verifiable facts' even if the guy reporting them is probably a 13 year old kid in a basement in Alabama.

Amusingly, the best coverage on this is from the French newspaper Le Monde which has a live blog and provides the live stream of the local CBS station.

Uncle of suspects calling them "losers" lol.

Assuming he didn't know anything about this beforehand, I feel bad for him. It must be pretty sucky to have family members who become terrorists.

It seems as if he wasn't on good terms with them (not sure where I read this) and lived pretty far away, in MD. So if he's a regular good guy, then he would definitely feel horrible.
