Here's hoping (against hope o/c) it's rejected. Nothing strengthening the council of ministers over other EU institutions, even if reforming it at the same time, can possibly be bearable news in the long run.
Yes, I know the no voters are mostly not people I want to associate with.

The best I've come up with so far is "Give Tyrconnell back to the O'Donnells!"

"Donegal men" perhaps; we prefer not to invent further nouns into the English languages by giving such titles as "Donegalers" or "Monaghaners" or whatever. Such words don't exist, prude.
Analogy demands "Doneguese", of course. Cheesy
