Pehaps you mean Paul Kagame?
No. Though he needs off at some point too, o/c.

I just checked, and Biya is the one I was thinking of.

I see no benefit of having an anti-Western radical cleric in the region.
Imperialist pig.

Saakashvili does not deserve to survive Putin by any measure, so Saakashvili as a protest.

I knew he belonged out early... but there's quite a few people left who do.
Still, I change my vote.

Time for the big standoff.

Berlusconi.

Once he's gone I'm actually amenable to help vote Chavez off. Smiley

There are still quite a few worse people than Chavez in here - heck, some of them are worse than Berlusconi - but I promised, didn't I?

Hugo Chavez.

There's still one of those Gulf Emirs left, I see.

The Emir of Qatar.

Has Sambi actually done anything wrong as President, aside from call himself "Ayatollah"?
That's not something "wrong".

Apparently a close ally to Iran. And Comoros doesn't seem too well run.
Yes - I was just saying. Nothing wrong with the title Ayatollah, used by thousands of Shi'ite clerics around the world (this guy isn't actually a Shi'ite cleric, or even a Shi'ite, though. Earned that nickname because he went to college in Iran. Nothing wrong with that either, btw.)
