At least force him to burn up cash.
He has more cash than God ($7 million) and could probably personally call every potential Republican primary voter in the state and plead his case if he wants to, there are so few of them, so I wish I could say this is going to be more than a little distraction, but I doubt it.
Said it just about as well as I could. There are plenty of conservatives here in Massachusetts, but almost all of them are pragmatic enough to like Scott Brown and recognize that "he's no Bill Weld."
