Simple. I didn't imagine it would be considered otherwise, considering the nature of Atlasia's student loan system. (In that it is public, not private, and therefore, I would hope, more concerned with making it as cheap as possible.)

As I have seen no evidence that Tender Branson is a Senator, I'm operating under the assumption that there are currently 9 Senators.

With 5 Ayes and no opposition, I immediately consider this bill passed and present it to the President.
