Norway's constitution doesn't allow early elections, so there's a big incentive to keep the government going until 2021 (unless they're playing 4D underwater pogostick jumping and want to convince KrF to join the left so that the right wing gets a period in opposition and improves their horrible poll numbers, but I doubt it).
