Minnesota Democrats don't have a threshold or preference groups or anything. It's Iowa Republican style - you show up and cast a ballot and then they count them.

So if you're going to vote for Gravel you can't switch to Obama later.

I'd do it anyways though. One vote won't make the difference and Gravel is a FF who needs all the support he can get
