While on the other hand, using the police to beat up the homeless makes you a very nice person.

It's not an either/or situation but it happens to be Breed's ""policy"".

that wasn't in the briefing we got from the OP, if Breed's "policy" to get the homeless off the streets is by using the cops to bust skulls, well that's a problem.

I've just Googled lightly a bit, she's already mayor and there doesn't seem to be a serious problem...did I miss it?  Has she already started having the cops go around beating on the homeless or is she just waiting for more of a mandate?  Do you have a link about this "policy"?
