Delegate DeadPrez, perhaps you can elaborate on your reasons for this bill. I'm not sure that the Feds would take kindly to the South recognizing Gold and Silver as legal tender. Considering how outraged non Southerners are at the moment and are chucking a wobbly over the New Southern Flag. I fear this could be seen by more than few as usurping authority over what counts as legal tender.
