Any and all are encouraged to discuss the case here.

The most interesting point, is, of course, the role of moderators. What are they? What is the Forum? What is Dave? While the Court ruled that the Forum was the equivalent of the world, this would mean that everything was terra nullius but Atlasia. I'd prefer to see moderators as police and leave the Forum at large out of Atlasian law, but it's a sticky spot. I'd recommend a constitutional amendment devining the mods and Dave.
