I like posters with character flaws (not meant to imply that I don't have even more, which of course I do), who interest me. 
Lawyers learn quickly to just get stronger from all the disapprobation, so yes, of course he doesn't give a darn what others think of him, as long as he thinks well of himself, and the fees just come rolling in. I can relate to that. 
Of course, wasn't implying otherwise. Am quite fond of Mr. Spade myself: he really understands sh**t better than most people on the forum, and it's obvious.
