The Commission was inevitably going to be flawed due to Oswald's death (which is far and away the biggest problem with knowing the full story), but that's hardly its fault. A lot of details which only Oswald could possibly know were lost that day. That said, I think Oswald as the lone gunman more or less bears out.
What always gets me is how many JFK conspiracy theorists will quote Oswald saying that he was a patsy as if that proves something. Of course Oswald would say that! Oswald certainly didn't behave like a man with an innocent conscience: he went out and shot a cop afterwards.
