Maybe Zogby, unlike all other pollsters this year amazingly, is actually using the correct party ID weighting. Look back at history, the party ID from one election to the next doesn't change much(if at all).

Monday - October 13, 2008:

Obama: 47.9% -1
McCain: 43.6% +0.8

This is a really sh**t poll. Well, not necessarily the poll, I have no real problem with the numbers, but the commentary on the site is a joke, trying to make news out of the tiniest bit of tracking poll noise:

10/13/2008 - Obama's lead declines
10/12/2008 - The Democratic nominee makes a move as his Republican opponent slips
