Name me a situation where this would be used as opposed to expulsion, censorship, or losing the office due to inactivity (as proposed in another amendment)?

It is possible to game an activity standard to avoid expulsion/removal from office, or to rely on legal loopholes to circumvent such as Bacon King did several times.

Having a process like this ensures that people can still take action and remove a Senator who is doing just enough to avoid removal but little else (phoning it in basically).

Though frankly most of Congress operates on a basis of phoning it these days comparatively speaking.

I urge the House to oppose it.

If this was part of the constitution when I was active, I would have targeted senators by moving en masse new people into their new region and then started a recall initiative.

Seriously, elections are held every four month. Passing that would create anarchy.

That moment when you remember Labor desensitized Atlasia to strategic registration, a practice that was frowned upon and was something that if you did it, you kept it hush as much as one would asking someone to change their vote or some other actions that have since been criminalized.

When *I* desensitized Atlasia to strategic registration. Glad to have had a such positive impact!

Actually Adam did via cottonfield, took the heat and survived it making it much easier for you do the same thing.

While I will advance motions, I will not be opening/closing votes on your Senate threads for the record.
