ok.  How do I find out the new ones?  Does MI have a website with the new districts?

There is no website yet.  The Census Bureau hasn't released the 2010 Census redistricting file for Michigan - or any other state.  The local-level population data contained therein is necessary to do any redistricting.

That information does not need to be delivered until April 1, but could be delivered sooner.  The census director is holding a press conference tomorrow afternoon to "brief the media on next 2010 Census data releases, including state redistricting data" - Washington weather permitting, perhaps.
