The New Mexico Secretary of State's office is a collection of anal retentive incompetent political hacks. And the Secretary of State herself is even worse: she is thought poorly of by BOTH parties. And never, never, discount attempts at political fraud in NM.

The SoS of NM says the county clerks had to delete some totals when she decided that they had to report data by precient instead of by county. Thats why Kerry took a lead for awhile..
