You make many strong points, a Person. A balanced budget was essentially pointless for the Assembly to pass, though, because many on the left vowed to vote against it (not that it mattered, as they found new reasons to vote against every "compromise" proposal).

What does "common-sense game reform" entail?

Well, "common-sense" generally means something close to "practical". I support efforts at game reform that would (in my opinion) practically improve the game.

Does trying to run a region when you're not a citizen of that region count as "common-sense" and "practical"?
What are you talking about, exactly?
I would also be curious to know what the birthday boy is talking about.
