This is after he acknowledges, "There are indications that the momentum of the race may be reversing itself again, however, as a result of the economy."  I would love to see what he thought the map looked like when McCain was at the height of his momentum.

Maybe he uses the 2000 election results as a base-line and then messes up a couple of times?

More like 1992 or 1996 results.  His map looks like a slight tweak of one of those years.  It appears that he's pretending there's been little to no movement in the electorate since 1996.
