Kalwejt tries a bit too hard to be funny sometimes, and it doesn't come off very well. I'm not a big fan of some of his memes. He should cut down on the long BRTD-esque display names. He could also use to work on his English a bit more at times.

As far as you go, I think generally getting older and maturing will cure most of your shortcomings. I'd also say that you should post less for the sake of posting. Someone who registered two years after me shouldn't have >50% more posts than I do.
