Unfavorable to both governments. Refuse to answer about people (it's pretty f**king weird to have a blanket opinion of an entire nationality).

While I agree with this, I now want to see Americans polled on whether they have a favourable view of all sorts of other nationalities because it would be sociologically fascinating.
