I understand it's a protest against the Republicans on this board for being too liberal, but why not switch to a tan avatar or, at the very least, independent? Well, at least you are the first person who realizes that this is a protest. Anyway, the reason is because false conservatives are worse than liberals.

Besides, given the huge amount of liberals with blue avatars here, I decided that there should be at least some conservatives with red ones. Therefore the red avatar.

Well, it seems the only issues you really care about are social issues, so I'll agree that Ben and BushOklahoma are more conservative, socially, than a lot of the Republicans on this board, but that's really it for "conservative Democrats", from what I can see. Well, there was Bob Dole, but he was kind of on his own planet, and he doesn't post anymore.

While you may feel that Fezzy, Duke, and maybe I belong in the Democratic Party, you most definitely belong in the Republican Party, so the whole thing just isn't making sense to me. Oh well, I guess it doesn't have to.
