Depends on the nominee. But if she speaks, shes getting prime time. Regardless of how unpopular Hillary is in general, she is still popular with democrats.

The only way she wont be speaking is if a Berniecrat is put in charge of the convention and omits her. In doing so, they risk pissing off the Clinton wing of the party and continuing the divide of the democrats.

I know I'd be tempted to vote third party at a slight like that. And I live in a swing state now so...
