I'd probably vote for Nixon; he'd definitely win the election. Kennedy was a far stronger candidate than Stevenson ever was, and even he just about eked out a victory.

One question is who Stevenson selects for a running mate. If it's not Johnson, then TX certainly votes Republican and Nixon's EC victory would be decisive fs.

I'm sorry, what? You'd support Nixon if you knew about Watergate...but you wouldn't support him if you didn't? Kinda seems counterintuitive ngl.
