Right now the rcp national pol average is Romney 40, Santorum 26, Paul 13, and Gingrich 11.

I'm guessing the first Post-Santorum national poll will look something like this:

Romney 55
Gingrich 20
Paul 15

If there is to be a Gingrich surge, maybe this:

Romney 45
Gingrich 30
Paul 15

Gingrich's support has doubled from about 10% to 20%... so I guess that's a small surge.
