Although there are some rather unconvincing references to Trump repeatedly referring to enemies / terrorists dying like dogs swapping like dogs, Etc which is a fairly common turn of phrase, there's some quotes from Ivana Trump's biography where she notes that Trump was very very much not a dog fan.
