As my last act as Speaker of this council, I'm bringing the Great Reform Amendment, which will bring into effect a new regional Constitution, to the floor.

I'm not a member of this Council any more but as author of the Constitution I'm going to come out and say that a "virtual school" is a singularly awful idea and aside from that should absolutely not be the kind of thing guaranteed in a constitution.

If you're really set on this save it for legislation.

I'd support removing the privacy clause to avoid A Person moving to the region and leading another crusade to legalise bestiality.

The Pacific doesn't currently have the active population to support five council seats on a regular basis. It's true that having only two votes to pass an amendment could be problem but we could always just give the Justice and Governor a vote on amendments too to fix that.
