My #1 is: Pacific Coast / Hawaii Books, etc.
My #2 is: NYC / New England Books, etc.
My #3 is: Mid Atlantic Books, etc.
My #4 is: Upper Mid-west Books, etc.
My #5 is: Rocky Mountain / Alaska Books, etc.
My #6 is: Upstate New York Books, etc.
My #7 is: Desert Southwest Books, etc.
My #8 is: Border States: Virginia, Tennessee & Kentucky Books, etc.
My #9 is: Rust Belt Books, etc.
My #10 is: South Atlantic Books, etc.
My #11 is: Texas Books, etc.
My #12 is: Deep South Books, etc.
My #13 is: Peripheral South Books, etc.
This is odd, I expected Rocky Mountain/Alaska to be a little higher, and NYC/New England to be way lower......
