No. EU is a socialist garbage that kills national sovereignty.

The EU is a lot of bad things, Socialist is however most certainly not one of them. If there is one thing the European Union has actually been good for it's force free market capitalism and competition. We are even far ahead of certain places in America on stuff like right to work since EU legislation and court precedent enforce right to work in all the 27. (To the horror of Swedish unions, and the delight of myself)

The real horror being that a weird bit of US politspeak like 'right to work' could be used in an unironic way by a non-American.

Call it whatever you want. It's still a corner-stone of European Labour Law.
