He's probably bi tbh (or perhaps just talking BS - Duterte debates like a kid on XBox Live telling you he's banging your mother and is going to beat you up irl). One of the weirdest things he regularly does is call himself the Filipino equivalent of "queer" and never really go into detail what he means; he even once insinuated he thought he was trans as a kid when talking about his support for gay marriage.

IIRC he actually said he "considered bisexuality" or something like this.
