If Pawlenty believes what he just said, he is intellectually disqualified from the job.  If he's simply saying it for political purposes, he is morally unqualified for the job.

He is overstating the current cost of RomneyCare (He says $1.3 billion, reality is about $700 million) and most of that extra cost is due to changes made by a Democratic Governor and Democratic legislature that were passed after Romney had left office.
